We only collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us.

6. Services and Third-Party Providers

Tag Management
We use Google Tag Manager. The service itself does not process personal data but may trigger other services.

CRM System
We use Pipedrive to manage customer data and inquiries.

Hosting & Infrastructure
Our services are hosted via Cloudflare. Technical data such as IP addresses may be processed to ensure system security and stability.

Development Platform
We use GitHub for development and deployment purposes.


7. Data Processing Location

Personal data is processed primarily within the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where third-party service providers process data on our behalf outside the EU/EEA, such processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR, ensuring an adequate level of data protection equivalent to European Union law.


8. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use our own cookies for marketing or tracking purposes. However, embedded services may process technical data.


9. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter:

  • Registration takes place via a double opt-in process
  • Your email address will be stored
  • Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

You can unsubscribe at any time.


10. Data Retention

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law.

Our services are intended exclusively for adults. We do not target individuals under the age of 16.

This Privacy Policy is current as of April 2026. We reserve the right to update it to reflect changes in legal requirements or our services.


17. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and all data processing activities are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and the applicable data protection law of the European Union, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG).

The competent supervisory authority is the German data protection authority responsible for the registered office of the Company.
